Hello Everyone,
Happy Feelings! The deadline for registering for the reunion is nearly two weeks away- May 15, 2008. Many thanks to the 25 family members who have sent in their registration fees. Please rememember that on-time registration - by the May 15th deadline- is vital to a successful reunion. Without your cooperation in this matter, it is impossible to plan appropriately. Until we know how many registered attendees to plan for, we are unable to proceed with finalizing agreements with vendors who require definite numbers and a monetary commitment up-front.
Thanks also to those of you who booked your hotel rooms early! GREAT JOB!!! To date, we have booked nearly 60 rooms at the Embassy Suites Baymeadows. There are plenty of rooms remaining for family who have not made their hotel arrangements. Please book your hotel reservations TODAY, as a large number of early hotel bookings will enable us to receive significant discounts off the banqueted events.
